We offer a 12 Yard dumpster rental starting at $285 for junk removal projects.
12 Yard Roll Off Dumpster
A 12 yard dumpster measures 12 x 7 x 5. It is perfect if you do not have a lot of debris or the space to fit a larger dumpster in your driveway. A 12 yard dumpster can hold 12 cubic yards of material, or 3 pickup truck loads, and typically holds approximately 2-3 tons of material. It is generally used for smaller junk removal and residential projects such as garage and or basement clean-out, remodeling projects, demolition such as a deck, yard debris and so much more!
Prohibited Items
Fuels & oils, batteries paints & lacquers, asbestos, medical waste, industrial drums, contaminated absorbents, inks, resins, adhesives, refrigerators, air conditioners, hot water tanks, tires and railroad ties. If your not sure on something give us a call.
Approved Items

Household junk, general trash, packaging materials, office supplies, electronics, remodeling debris, yard waste, shingles, concrete, asphalt and brick. Please ask if your not sure!

Appliances, mattresses and tires will require an additional fee.
